All other countries in Africa, Asia and South America receive a download only. Downloads are sent out Monday-Friday 0700-1400 USA Mountain Time Zone.

A: Inches (fractions or decimals), feet, milimeters, centimeters and meters. You can set the units of measure that you would like displayed, however, you can enter any number and any format. For instance, if you have the program set to display inches in decimals, you can still enter fractions, metric numbers, etc, and they will automatically convert.

A: There is no telephone technical support for OP2010. Instead, you get clear and concise instruction manuals, and access to the online user forums, where our technical support personnel answer questions for all to see.
