Q: Do I need any other software to run Ornamental Pro 2010?
A: No, OP2010 is a stand-alone program.

Q: What kind of computer does OP2010 run on?
A: A PC running Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Q: How many computers can I load one copy of Ornamental Pro 2010 onto?
A: Up to 4 computers

Q: How is Ornamental Pro 2010 delivered?
A: Each and every OP2010 customer will automatically get an email with a link to download Ornamental Pro as well as a security key to unlock the software. All orders from the USA also will receive 2 installation CD's in the mail. Customers in Canada, Europe and Australia have the option of receiving CD's in the mail by choosing USPS in the shipping options. All other countries in Africa, Asia and South America receive a download only. Downloads are sent out Monday-Friday 0700-1400 USA Mountain Time Zone.

Q: How do I get the component library updates as they come out?
A: You can download them at any time from our website. The address for library updates and software updates is provided with Ornamental Pro 2010.

Q: Is there a guarantee for Ornamental Pro 2010?
A: We guarantee that Ornametal Pro 2010 has the capability to help you create any of the example drawings on this entire website. If you see it, Ornamental Pro 2010 can draw it.

Q: What units of measure can I set Ornamental Pro to accept.
A: Inches (fractions or decimals), feet, milimeters, centimeters and meters. You can set the units of measure that you would like displayed, however, you can enter any number and any format. For instance, if you have the program set to display inches in decimals, you can still enter fractions, metric numbers, etc, and they will automatically convert.

Q: What kind of technical support is included with the program?
A: There is no telephone technical support for OP2010. Instead, you get clear and concise instruction manuals, and access to the online user forums, where our technical support personnel answer questions for all to see. If you still need telephone technical support, you might try FabCad (another railing program on the market).

Q: Does Ornamental Pro 2010 provide a cut list?
A: No, not at this time. There will be an add-on module for estimating available for an additional cost in the future. If you need cut list capability now, FabCad (another railing program on the market) may work better for you.

Q: Can I load the Ornamental Pro casting libraries into CAD?
A: No

Q: Do you have a trial version?
A: No, Ornamental Pro 2010 is not free.
